ProLog allows you to view your training log in many different ways. The main view presents your log entries in Spreadsheet format. ProLog also provides a calendar view, a weekly view, and an entry view.
Graphs and Charts
ProLog's statistical views make it easy to analyze and tweak your training. ProLog provides a Totals view, which breaks your training down into a table, as well as a Graphing View, which provides a visual representation of your training. ProLog makes it so easy, you will be creating graphs and charts in no time.
Filtering Data
One of the most powerful features of ProLog is the ability to filter your training entries based on criteria that you choose. All filtering is done by using The Filter Toolbar at the top of the ProLog window. All of the views in ProLog work on the filtered set of training entries, allowing you to view and analyze specific subsets of your training entries.
